Karin Raeymaeckers
Karin Raeymaeckers (Ph.D.) is professor of journalism at the Department of Communication Sciences at Ghent University. She is a distinguished member of the Euromedia Research Group and co-editor of the European Journal of Communication. Her teaching and research interests are in the area of journalism, media policy, media economy and political communication. She has publications in a variety international peer-reviewed journals and is considered a leading expert on topics relating to (historical) developments of the Belgian Press.
