Kartikay Chadha
Kartikay Chadha is a bioinformatician and human statistical geneticist. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Toronto. His research aims to develop computational algorithms and databases, to visualize and analyse large volume datasets for meaningful information retrieval. Kartikay works in the Visual Analytics Lab at OCAD University, Toronto, as a Project Manager and Research Assistant. He joined the Lab in 2014, as a Mitacs Globalink Intern during his undergraduate placement. Kartikay leads the technical side of the team with his expertise in computer programming, and big data quantitative and qualitative analyses. He is currently managing a major, multi-institutional collaborative data visualization research project, funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, entitled Creating a Visual Language of Marks. Kartikay is also working as a Technical Coordinator in the Harriet Tubman Research Institute at York University, Toronto.
