Katherine A. Reagan
Katherine A. Reagan is Ernest L. Stern ‘56 Curator of Rare Books and Manuscripts at Cornell University Library’s Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections. In 2006, she worked with Joe Conzo Jr and Johan Kugelberg to establish the Cornell Hip Hop Collection at Cornell University; Cornell’s hip hop archives have continued to grow under her leadership for the past fourteen years. A California Bay Area native, her undergraduate degree is from the University of California at Berkeley (humanities) and her master’s degree is from Columbia University (School of Library Service, Rare Book Program). She is a lecturer in Cornell University’s Department of English and a faculty member at the Rare Book School at the University of Virginia and at the Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar. She served as chair of the Rare Books and Manuscripts Section of ACRL (a division of the American Library Association) in 2005–06.
