Kathryn Burnett
Kathryn Burnett is an award-winning screenwriter, playwright and script development consultant who has worked in film and television for over twenty years and has significant television and film credits. She wrote the multi-award winning short film Shelved (2013) and wrote for award-winning New Zealand childrens’ TV series Holly’s Heroes in 2005 and Amazing Extraordinary Friends in 2006. She is currently working on two TV series, The Cul de Sac and Fresh Eggs, both of which are in production, and is a writer on the animated children’s feature Pandemonium also in production. She currently has several feature film projects in development. In 2017 she was nominated for the Adams Best New Play Award.
