Katsuhiko Suganuma

Katsuhiko Suganuma is lecturer in the School of Humanities at the University of Tasmania. He is the author of Contact Moments: The Politics of Intercultural Desire in Japanese Male-Queer Cultures (Hong Kong University Press, 2012) and co-editor of Boys Love Manga and Beyond: History, Culture, and Community in Japan (University Press of Mississippi, 2015). His more recent publications include ‘When princess(es) will sing: Girls rock and alternative queer interpretations’ in Re-Orienting the Fairy Tale: Contemporary Adaptations across Cultures (Wayne State University Press, 2020).
