Kelann Currie-Williams

Kelann Currie-Williams is a visual artist, writer and Ph.D. student in the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Society and Culture at Concordia University in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal where her research spans the fields of visual culture, oral history, Black Canadian studies and cultural geography. Her critical and creative work has appeared in Urban History Review, the Canadian Journal of History, Topia: Canadian Journal of Cultural Studies, Quebec Heritage News, alt.theatre online and People Department. At Concordia, she is an affiliate of the Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling (COHDS) and a member of the Post Image Cluster in the Milieux Institute.
