Kristin Shoemaker
Kristin Shoemaker, DMA erases the boundaries of her Minnesota-based piano studio through online instruction. Her pioneering work has been presented nationally including NCKP 2011, MTNA 2011, MTNA 2010, WebSCI 2010, and in Clavier Companion. Dedicated to enriching young lives through music, Ms Shoemaker’s students have earned accolades such as MMTA Student of the Year, MMEA Student Composer of the Year, and the State Medal of Excellence in what is now known as The Achievement Program. Dr Shoemaker has served on the Royal Conservatory of Music’s College of Examiners, and currently acts as a consultant for the MacPhail Center of Music.
