Kyle J. Miller
Kyle J. Miller (Ph.D., University of Iowa, 2017) is an assistant professor at the Northwest Missouri State University School of Communication and Mass Media. His research interests are podcasting, local and college media and sports media. His award-winning research in the Journal of Radio & Audio Media includes examining podcasts as a form of longform audio storytelling, as well as its usage as a discursive cultural guide in Black podcasting. He has also published sports and social media app research in the Quarterly Review of Business Disciplines. Kyle also serves as faculty audio chair and sports paper chair in the Broadcast Education Association and social media chair of the AEJMC Community Journalism Interest Group.
