Lara Anderson
Dr Lara Anderson is Senior Lecturer in Spanish & Latin American Studies at the University of Melbourne. She has published extensively on Spanish cultural and culinary history from the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries. She has written also on food multiculturalism and culinary xenophobia in an Australian context.
