Laura Hosman
Laura Hosman holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Public Policy from the University of Southern California (USC). She is currently a Ciriacy-Wantrup Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Centre for Telecom Management through the Marshall School of Business at USC. Her work focuses on sustainable development issues, particularly in the areas of ICT and natural resources.
