Laura Maynard
Laura Maynard (aka Luo Yuqin) is a research student at the Centre for Research in Media and Cultural Studies, University of Sunderland. She worked for Radio Guangdong, China, from 1988 to 1997, as an education editor, then a music and cultural presenter and editor. From 1990 to 1996, she was also a freelance DJ for Pearl River Economic Information Radio Station.
