Lavanya Basnet

Lavanya Basnet completed her Masters of Gastronomy at Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand, as an international student from India. Lavanya is interested in the relationships between food, culture and identity. Her research is focused on understanding Indian culture through a gastronomic lens. This is Lavanya’s first foray into academic publishing.
