Lindsay Steenberg
Lindsay Steenberg is Senior Lecturer in Film Studies at Oxford Brookes University. Her research focuses on violence and gender in postmodern and post-feminist media culture. She has published extensively on the subject of the crime genre, and is the author of Forensic Science in Contemporary American Popular Culture: Gender, Crime, and Science. She is currently doing research into Nordic Noir on contemporary British television.
