Linetto Basilone
Linetto Basilone is a doctoral candidate in comparative literature, and a graduate teaching assistant in Asian studies at the University of Auckland. He is currently writing his doctoral dissertation on China in Italian travel literature in the second half of the twentieth century. His research interests include Italian and Chinese literary, cinema, media and cultural studies. In 2011 he served as a senior lecturer of Italian at the University of the Philippines. He is affiliated with the Centro Studi Fortini in Naples. He co-edited the volume Edoarda Masi. La Rivoluzione Culturale in Cina (Thyrus, 2016).
