Lise Justesen
Lise Justesen is senior lecturer at Metropolitan University College Department of Nutrition and Midwifery. She holds a M.Sc. of food science from the Royal Agricultural University, Copenhagen and a Ph.D. from Aalborg University, Copenhagen. Her main field is within the area of meal science and foodservice science. Her Ph.D. project addresses hospital meal experiences and hospitality.
