Liselotte Hedegaard
Liselotte Hedegaard’s academic background is in philosophy. Her research interests focus on sensory experience, primarily within the framework of phenomenological investigation. She works with questions related to the philosophy of science and is part of interdisciplinary collaborations, in particular consumer research, gastrophysics and the cooking profession. Liselotte Hedegaard is a member of the management of Taste for Life, a multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional knowledge-centre. She works as an associate professor at University College Lillebaelt. She is also the project manager of the work carried out by UCL in the context of Taste for Life.
