Lucinda Heyman
Lucinda Heyman is a Doctoral Researcher at the Royal College of Music, London, where her research focuses on the health and well-being support needs of popular musicians. She is a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University and the findings of her research have been used to create practical resources for musicians, including a podcast, Elevate Music, in association with Help Musicians UK. Lucy is also a vocal coach and gives talks and workshops for clients including Universal Music, the PRS, the Musicians’ Union and Help Musicians. She is a regular panelist and speaker at industry events including AIM Connected, BBC Introducing, The Great Escape and more and consults to the ABRSM on popular music vocal matters. Lucy has been generously supported with a Royal College of Music award for her studies, she is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the BRIT Award Voting Academy.
