Luke Fischbeck

Luke Fischbeck is an artist and technologist who designs and tests structures for access and dissent. A Ph.D. candidate in the media arts and practice division of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, their current research considers automation of care. Working across media and often collaboratively, their work has been presented at festivals and institutions including the Whitney Museum of American Art, MoMA/PS1, the Centre Georges Pompidou, the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, London's Institute for Contemporary Art, LACMA, MOCA and the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, the 54th Venice Biennale, Documenta 14 and The Smithsonian's Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, among others.
