Mª Trinidad García Leiva
Ma Trinidad García Leiva is a Ph.D. from University Complutense of Madrid. Lecturer at the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M) and a member of the research group Television-Cinema: Memory, Representation and Industry (TECMERIN). She is also affiliated with the Communication Policies and Planning Chair (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina) and has been an academic visitor to the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy (Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford) and was at the Centre for Cultural Policy Research as a visiting fellow in 2009 (University of Glasgow).Her research interests include communication and cultural policy and media economics. She collaborates regularly with journals such as Telos and with IRIS Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory, and she edited and/or wrote, among others, La televisión digital terrestre. Experiencias nacionales y diversidad en América, Europa y Asia (La Crujía, 2012) and Políticas Públicas y Televisión Digital: El caso de la TDT en España y el Reino Unido (CSIC, 2008).
