Maddalena Pennacchia
Maddalena Pennacchia is a full professor in English literature at Roma Tre University. Her main research field is intermediality and the relation of the written text to media and performative arts (rewriting, adaptation, appropriation). With this critical and methodological approach she has published extensively, but not exclusively, on Shakespeare, Jane Austen, the biopic, literary tourism and education for digital natives. She is currently working on the relation of sound/music to storytelling.
