Mahdieh Zeinali
Mahdieh Zeinali is a senior lecturer and programme leader at University of Lincoln, specializing in entrepreneurship, migration and gender studies. As Lincoln International Business School EDI chair, Mahdieh has pioneered initiatives in line with her research interests, including ‘Saluting Our Sisters’ and ‘Reclaiming Narratives’ for Black History Month, 2023 and 2024. Her research, frequently presented at prestigious international conferences such as ISBE (Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship) Rural Conference, GENSIG Confreat and RSA (Regional Studies Association), consistently receives positive feedback for its depth and societal relevance. She is a peer reviewer for several academic journals and a certified conference reviewer for EURAM 2024.
