Maree Gruppetta
Maree Gruppetta (Associate Professor) is a Guyinbaraay woman working in the Wollotuka Institute at University of Newcastle, Australia. Prior to her current associate professor research position, Maree has over fourteen years of experience with Teacher Education Programs. Prior to tertiary experience Maree has taught comprehensively in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Schools and Programs. Maree has a B.Tch. (Primary); B.Ed. (Hons); M.Tch. (secondary Spec Ed) and Ph.D. and over 30 publications in education, ethics and research fields, including a range of peer reviewed articles and chapters and many conference presentations and keynotes. She currently teaches and researches extensively in education, Aboriginal education, ethics, and qualitative research areas, including Indigenous methodologies and has recently progressed into education in health care areas.
