Margarida M. Barroso
Margarida M. Barroso is a researcher at the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology, from the University Institute of Lisbon (CIES-IUL). She holds a Ph.D. in sociology, with a dissertation on the quality of working live of high-qualified professionals. Her research focuses social policy, work, organizations, education, gender and work-life integration. She has participated in several national and international research projects regarding the labour market integration of vulnerable groups, namely youngsters, women and working carers and the organizational strategies to promote job quality and general well-being.
