Maria Nyberg
Maria Nyberg is Ph.D. and associate professor in sociology within the area of food and meal science at Kristianstad University, Sweden. Her research interest is related to the social, cultural and organizational aspects of food and meals. Through ethnographic methods, food behaviour and food choice have been investigated within hospital and elderly care as well as within schools and in workplaces.
