Mariana Pérez Bobadilla
Born in Mexico City, Mariana Pérez Bobadilla is an art historian concerned with the intersections of Art and Science. She received her Master’s in gender studies from the University of Bologna and trained in the international curator’s course of the 2014 Gwangju Art Biennale. She has been involved in the Mexican Pavilion at the 56th Venice Biennale. Currently she is a Ph.D. fellow at the School of Creative Media at the City University of Hong Kong, researching art and biology, epistemology, new materialism and bacteria.
