Marina Nicoli

Marina Nicoli is a teaching fellow at Bocconi University. Her research deals with the economic history of Italian cinema after the Second World War. Author of articles in international journals and chapters in edited books, in 2016, she published The Rise and Fall of the Italian Film Industry (Routledge, 2016). In 2017–18, she collaborated as a research fellow in the project ‘Producers and Production Practices in the History of Italian Cinema 19491975’, which was funded by AHRC and supervised by Stephen Gundle, University of Warwick.
