Mark DiMauro
Mark DiMauro, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of digital humanities and literature at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. He has been working at the fore of GenAI since 2020, completing projects like reconstructing a long-lost Sophic work (a project which received international media coverage via the Tribune-Democrat and affiliated sites like Yahoo News) and creating the Metadata-Defined Agent Persona (MDAP) prompting technique. He has served as a consultant for various Fortune 500 companies, including Price-Waterhouse-Cooper, Rakuten, Coursera and AccuWeather. His research focuses on AI application and novel and emergent digital humanities technologies, especially in an educational and business context.
