Mary Elizabeth Luka
Mary Elizabeth (M.E.) Luka, PhD, is an award-winning director, producer, writer, and devoted maker of creative digital projects. Assistant Professorof Arts, Media and Culture Management at UTSC, recent Banting Postdoctoral Fellowandpast Chair of Arts Nova Scotia, her research focuses on the concept of creative citizenship to investigate how civic, culture and business sectors are networked in the digital age, including the intricate ways that governments, universities, corporations and socio-cultural enterprises connect.
