Masao Nishimura
Masao Nishimura is a professor of Sinophone literature and media studies at Kwansei Gakuin University. He is the co-editor of The Poetics of Hou Hsiao-hsien and the Prism of Time (Arumu, 2012) and The Media and Propaganda in Motion: The Popular Arts between the Sino-Japanese War (Bensei Shuppan, 2020) and translator of John Sheng Kuo’s Bewitched Homeland (Arumu, 2018).
