Matt Evans
Matt Evans is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Penn State University in Altoona. He has published books and articles on government and public policy in the Middle East. His book An Institutional Framework for Policymaking (Rowman and Littlefield, 2007) examines the effect of informal institutions on policy implementation. He is also co-editor of an anthology entitled Reform and Democracy in Local Government of Countries in Transformation (2007). His teaching and research interests include comparative politics, Middle East, electoral competition, political communication, regional planning and the environment.
