Megan Upton
Megan Upton is a drama educator, researcher and teaching artist. She currently works at Deakin University in the Faculty of Arts and Education and also consults as a teaching artist with theatre companies and participatory arts organizations. Megan has written over one hundred education and participatory theatre and education resources, and consults and presents regularly on theatre and education. She has a Ph.D. in curriculum and pedagogy with a focus on theatre education. Her research interests are in theatre for young people, performance analysis and evaluation in the arts. She is also currently the education curator for the Australian Script Centre, Australia.
