Mercy Chaita
Mercy Chaita studied at the University of Liverpool, where she graduated with Ph.D., M.Sc. and MBA and, thereafter, lectured for the same university. Her Ph.D. is on innovation and entrepreneurship. She is a member of CIPD and fellow for High Education Academy (FHEA). She has also delivered Chartered Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Leadership Executive programmes at the Liverpool Hope University. She has fifteen years’ experience in the academia and in enterprise development. At an academic level, she occupied positions such as the head of Business Department and head of Quality Improvement and Accreditation. In economic development, she has established enterprise development programmes in Liverpool, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). She had been a consultant for Young Enterprise in United Kingdom.
