Mervi Tervo
Mervi Tervo was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oulu (2010–12) and currently works as a communications manager. Her Academy of Finland research project, ‘Urban Youth and Hip-Hop Culture in Finland’, focused on audio-visual content, including cinema and music videos. She has published articles in the European Journal of Cultural Studies and Popular Music and Society.
