Michael Accinno
Michael Accinno is a lecturing fellow in the Thompson Writing Program at Duke University; he previously held an appointment as a Chancellor’s postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Music at the University of California, Riverside. He is currently working on a book manuscript examining the history of music education at schools for the blind in the United States and Great Britain. His published work appears in The Oxford Handbook of Music and Disability Studies and Musical Quarterly (forthcoming).
