Michele Lastella
Michele Lastella is a senior lecturer at the Appleton Institute for Behavioural Science in South Australia. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from Central Queensland University. His currently teaches applied sports psychology, and his research interests involve examining the sleep/wake behaviours of elite athletes and how various stressors may impact their psychological state and performance.
