Mikael Schneider
Mikael Schneider, Ph.D., project coordinator of Taste for Life; senior consultant in project development and research communication, UCL University College. Mikael Schneider is project coordinator and member of the board of the Danish national research and communication centre Taste for Life. He facilitates interdisciplinary projects on taste emerging between researchers, chefs, teachers and students. In addition, he manages other projects on food, taste, education and Bildung, and works as a senior consultant of project development and research communication within applied research on education at UCL University College. He holds a Ph.D. in medical sciences and a diploma in science journalism, and is author of several research papers, research disseminating articles and popular science books. He is co-organizer of Creative Tastebuds.
