Minisha Gupta
Minisha Gupta is currently working as a researcher assistant with Quality Cognition Private Ltd., India. She obtained her master’s degree in business management from UP Technical University and a Ph.D. in human resource management from IIT Roorkee, India. She has served in different Indian educational institutes at different roles while earning more than ten years of experience in teaching and research. Her research interests include innovation management, organizational change, Industry 4.0, entrepreneurship and women empowerment. She has published research papers in Scopus-indexed journals. She has also contributed as a reviewer to different journals like the European Journal of Innovation Management, the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy, Industrial and Commercial Training and the Journal of Family Business Management. She has delivered lectures on her research topics in educational institutions in India and abroad.
