Minjeong Kim

Minjeong Kim (Ph.D.) is an associate professor of merchandising in the School of Art + Design at Indiana University, Bloomington. Dr Kim received her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. Dr Kim’s primary research programme examines the process by which website design and technology impact consumer decision-making, with a specific emphasis on information processing, mental imagery and emotion in digital retailing contexts. Her research programme also examines consumer misbehaviour issues in retailing. She has published in various publications including the Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, the European Journal of Marketing, Services Industries Journal, Computers in Human Behavior, Managing Service Quality, Clothing and Textiles Research Journal, the Journal of Electronic Commerce Research and the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management. Dr Kim has been honoured as the winner of the 2012 Highly Commended Award from Emerald Literati Network, the 2013 L.L. Stewart Faculty Scholar from Oregon State University and a servicelearning fellow at Indiana University.
