Morten Graversgaard
Morten Graversgaard works as postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Agroecology at Aarhus University. His research is focused on examining multiple perspectives on food studies including consumer and food-driven analysis of behavioural change. Morten’s research interest broadly includes agroecology and sustainable land management and participatory governance and collaborative decision processes, food geography and agricultural geography.
