Moundir Lassassi

Moundir Lassassi has been a researcher at the Research Centre for Applied Economics for Development (CREAD) in Algeria since 2006, and division director of the Human Development and Social Sciences at CREAD since 2018. He obtained his Ph.D. in applied economics in 2014 from the Aix-Marseille School of Economics and the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSSEA – Algeria). He is an associate researcher at the Economic Research Forum (ERF). He specializes in the analysis of labour markets in MENA, with special expertise on youth and women’s economic participation. His research interests include labour economics, development economics and social economics.
