Mustafa Mencutekin
Mustafa Mencutekin graduated from Human Sciences, METU, in 1991, and earned an M.A. degree in English language and literature in 2000 and a Ph.D. in cinema studies in 2005. He has penned and published several articles in Turkish and English about the communicative and morphological aspects of movies. He has taught cinema in communication studies in the Distance Learning Program in Alfred University, Istanbul, Turkey. He chairs the Department of Animation Film in the Faculty of Fine Arts in Marmara University. His interests include poetry and scenario writing, flamenco guitar, visual culture and acting.
