Natalie Krikowa
Dr Natalie Krikowa is a media scholar and practice-led researcher at the University of Technology Sydney. She holds a doctor of creative arts in media and cultural studies and a master of creative writing in screenwriting. She currently researches and teaches in digital and social media with a focus on transmedia and digital storytelling. Her current research investigates LGBTIQA+ representation in screen media and popular culture, and the use of digital and social media in activism and community engagement. In addition to this, she writes and produces queer female-focused works including The Newtown Girls (2012) and All Our Lesbians Are Dead! (2017).
