Nataliya Stoyanets
Nataliya Stoyanets is a professor in the Management Department of the Sumy National Agrarian University (Ukraine). She received a doctor of economics degree in 2019. Her dissertation topic was the ‘Management of sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy’. She teaches personnel development management, intellectual property, change management, methods of empirical social research, international cross-border transportation, social responsibility and methods of justification of management decisions. She has been a member of the public organization ‘All-Ukrainian Congress of Agricultural Economists’ since 2019. She is a consultant for business preparation for state inspections in the field of safety of agricultural and food products (Alimentarius System Management) as of 2020. Her field of research includes sustainable development, management and rural areas.
