Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas

Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas, Ed.D., FRSA, is chair of the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) United Kingdom and Ireland Chapter and a member of the PRME Global Expert Pedagogy Group who developed the Impactful 5 (i5) Responsible Leadership Playbook. Natascha is a national teaching fellow who won the Case Centre 2020 Award for Ethics and Social Responsibility and was runner-up in the FT’s 2022 Responsible Business Educator Awards. She was named in The SustainabilityX® Magazine’s inaugural Global 50 Women in Sustainability Awards™ 2022. Associate professor of fashion business and entrepreneurship, Natascha’s research focuses on sustainable fashion practices, conscious consumption, and the intersection of sustainable fashion practices and well-being. Natascha has collaborated with organizations, including Crafts Council, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the RSA, and is a frequent contributor to industry and media pieces, including the New York Times, The Independent, BBC, CBC and NPR. She is a knitter, stitcher and make-do-and-mender.
