Nick Muntean
Nick Muntean is a doctoral student in the Media Studies programme in the Radio-Television-Film department at the University of Texas at Austin. His primary research interests involve the relationship between technology, ideology and representation in late capitalist societies, particularly moments of crisis or disruption within these systems. Other recent publications include an essay on 9/11 films and trauma, an essay exploring the cultural effects of these attacks on the zombie film genre, and an analysis of the works of director Peter Watkins.
