Nicola Diviani
Nicola Diviani holds a Ph.D. in Health Communication. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute of Communication and Health of the Università della Svizzera italiana (University of Lugano) involved in several projects studying the role of health literacy and psychological empowerment in explaining health outcomes. Concurrently he is a seminar lecturer for the undergraduate courses Research Methods for Communication Sciences and Theories and Semiotic Models of Communication, and a lecturer on content analysis. His main research interests include quantitative methods, health literacy, health disparities, and health information-seeking.
