Nicole R. Rikard
Nicole R. Rikard is a Master of Arts student in English literature and an instructor of composition at Missouri State University. She completed her Associate of Arts at Richland College in Dallas, Texas and her Bachelor of Arts at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, where she majored in English literature and minored in philosophy. She is currently conducting research in the field of contemporary Native American fiction and poetry in which she focuses on the prevalence of hybridity, absence of community and self-generated identity. Her other research interests include British and American Dystopian, Utopian and Postcolonial literature.
