Nikos Sgouromallis

Nikos Sgouromallis is a Ph.D. candidate in Modern Greek studies in the Faculty of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds two master’s degrees, obtained from the Department of Philology at the University of Athens, with a specialization in Modern Greek studies and literary theory, and the University of Sorbonne (Paris IV), focusing on comparative literature. His research is primarily centred on the interplay between literature and painting in Greece during the second half of the nineteenth century.
