Noemí Ávila
Noemí Ávila is a senior lecturer at the School of Education of the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. Her background is in fine arts, social and cultural anthropology and art education. She works on the area of arts, health and well-being. Since 2011, she has focused her research on prevention, health promotion and community health, exploring the possibilities of the art and the intersectoral alliances, involving social and cultural agents in art and health projects.
