Norman Segalowitz

Norman Segalowitz, Ph.D. (professor of psychology, Concordia University, Montreal), investigates adult second language acquisition and language barriers to healthcare affecting linguistic minorities. He is also a member of the Centre for Clinical Research in Health and of the School of Psychology of Counseling, Queensland University of Technology. He is the author of the award-winning book Cognitive Bases of Second Language Fluency (Routledge, 2010).
